Hugh Tallents.

Prior to cg42 Hugh founded and led his own boutique strategy consulting firm, Tallents + Co, that merged with cg42 in 2014. He cut his teeth working for over a decade at Interbrand, both in London and latterly in New York. In that time Hugh led the agency’s largest client, AT&T, through the evolution from wireline company to a mobile company that spans everything from automotive to education.

While at Interbrand, Hugh developed and ultimately led the company’s global customer experience and employee activation practices and has lectured on those topics at Wharton and Harvard Business School.

Hugh’s client experience spans a broad range of industries and includes AT&T, Barclays, Nissan, British Airways, SunGard, Nintendo, Yellow Pages, State Farm, Target, CBS and many more.

Hugh earned a Masters in Mental Philosophy from Edinburgh University and a B.A. in Philosophy and English Literature also from Edinburgh. He was born in New York and raised in London.
